The Boutique
A small, considered room.
Linen by the metre, a hat for the lake, an evening scent. Not a shop, exactly — a wardrobe the house keeps for you, edited season by season with houses we trust.
§ Lifestyle
A day at The Vale is not a programme. It is a series of small, kept invitations — a swim, a shop, a glass, a silence.

The Gourmet Market
Vaulted walls in lime plaster, a wall of champagne kept in walnut, low shelves of teas, oils and small jars. Take something home, or settle at the round marble table for a tasting on a slow afternoon.

— III
Aperitivo
Two umbrellas, two chairs, a low table. A vermouth made in-house, an ice that does not hurry. The dock empties of swimmers; the lake takes a breath.

The Dock
Pine shade, warm planks, a ladder into deep water. Mornings are for laps; afternoons for the book you brought and have not yet opened.
